No. 11 Self-Catering Bedroom (NOT 4 STAR) This self-catering unit is in the center of the Henhouse with comfy seating at the back and views to the mountains. The front view is towards the garden and manor house. The unit shares the typical Cape Dutch stoep (veranda) with two neighbouring rooms, but has its own private entrance. The botto0m right photo of the Henhouse shows 3 separate units. Nr. 11 is the middle entrance. Battery operated LoadShedding lights in bed- and bathroom. The bedroom has a remote controlled ceiling fan, twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The ceiling is covered with white ceiling bords. Chose this room when allergic to bamboo or reeds/thatch. The floors are covered by hand formed terra cotta tiles and oriental rugs. Please be aware of the uneven sloping floor! The swimming pool is 35 Meter away. There are 5 steps to the room level but also accessible via a short ramp. Parking is directly in front of the room. Enjoy the many open sitting areas to sit outside to relax and socialise.
